This old-school diner and working garage in Palmwoods knows how to super size. The shopping list of ingredients includes a double-serving of beef, bacon, cheese, eggs (free-range), lettuce, aioli and house-made tomato relish - skewered between layers of house made bread. It may take two people to demolish this towering 1.1kg creation that comes with a "this item cannot be altered for structural reasons" warning.

This boutique brewery makes the perfect destination for a day trip from Brisbane, or a lunchtime pitstop during your Sunshine Coast Hinterland wanderings. Served with a side of beer-battered chips, Brouhaha's scrumptious burgers are made from Maleny wagyu beef, piled with double-smoked English bacon, Swiss cheese, rocket, tomato, finished with house-made aioli, signature Brouhaha Maleny Lager ketchup and topped with a pickle.
