This rooftop bar is a subtropical oasis set high above Fortitude Valley’s entertainment precinct. The only way is … up. Just down the road from Limes, Up on Constance is set above the also new Tryp Hotel. Head down the graffiti laneway and take the elevator to the top. Here you’ll find a terrace filled with bright chevron-striped padded seats and the perfect view for sunset.
Eagles Nest
Only open one day of the week, Eagles Nest is the perfect spot for a Sunday session. Be sure to head before sundown as its Kangaroo Point location means you’re looking back across the river at Brisbane’s CBD, and the sunset colours look brilliant as they bounce off the glass buildings.

For something a little bit more intimate, Spicers Balfour has a somewhat secret rooftop bar. Diners at the restaurant or patrons of the hotel can make use of the small bar that has stunning views of the Story Bridge from its location in New Farm.
