South East Queesland Food Trails - Maleny Botanic Gardens & Birdworld

Maleny Botanic Gardens & Birdworld

Enjoy freshly baked scones, locally made jam and Maleny Dairies' clotted cream in a gazebo overlooking the gardens and Glass House Mountains.

Uniquely landscaped layers, a panorama of waterfalls, ponds and colourful plantings, idyllic rainforest surroundings and the spectacular Glasshouse Mountains backdrop create truly unique place to enjoy a scrumptious Devonshire Cream Tea. Take your seat in one of the garden's many gazebos and enjoy freshly baked scones, local jam and clotted cream made from Maleny Dairies' milk (gluten-free treats are also available). Devonshire Cream Teas are available to paying garden visitors as well as those who aren’t up to a walk on the day but need a treat in a beautiful setting!

Take a stroll in the gardens, bring a picnic to enjoy by one of the many lakes, lounge on your blanket with a good book and soak up the peace and serenity.
