Carnival Cake - a riot of local seasonal fruit in an almond based gluten free cake. Served with a regular coffee or tea. (GF). Colours of San Cris is located approximately 25 minutes north of Toowoomba.

Cobb's Re-Imagine Wagon Wheel - a creamy marshmallow accompanied with local strawberry jam, encased in fresh Choux pastry. Garnished with local chocolate, marshmallows, fresh raspberries and chocolate crumble, served with creamy chocolate ice cream. Only $12.
