Situated halfway between the Gold Coast and Brisbane, this compelling destination celebrates our region’s love of fresh produce, dining and entertainment, bringing people together. By transforming a stunning old building into a happening, playful and dynamic space, we put people at the heart of their own food journey; helping them to connect in a constantly changing and immersive environment.

Since 2015, the Distillery Road Market (DRM) team has undertaken a revitalisation of the precinct to create a space where people can come together in the heart of Logan, at 124 Distillery Rd, Eagleby. From the opening of Zarraffa’s Coffee HQ and roastery in 2018, through to the establishment of the Sugar Creek Smokehouse in 2020, things have been building. In 2023 we saw the launch of onsite brewery Perentie Brewing Co. as well as our food and entertainment precinct The F.E.D.

With the recent launch of our Outdoor Entertainment facility, as well as the continued growth across the precinct, 2024 is proving to be a huge year, so make sure you watch this space!

DRM markets deliver a cross section of experiences with pop-ups and markets. Located in the undercover market hall adjacent the national headquarters of Zarraffa’s Coffee and Café and the onsite restaurants located in The F.E.D - Sugar Creek Smokehouse, Posadas Cantina, Wing It, Slice It and our amazing Tequila Bar as well as Perentie Brewing Co., our markets are events not be missed and the perfect place for our community to come together and celebrate what our local area has to offer!

Sundays in the Market Hall are held fortnightly on a Sunday 11am - 3pm inside DRM’s spacious market hall providing an opportunity for the rapidly expanding community to shop regional produce from local farmers, producers and artisans.
