Northey Street City Farm is located 5 minutes from the city centre, on a floodplain on the banks of Breakfast Creek in Brisbane, Australia.
Our vision is a world of abundance, connection and harmony. We believe that by practicing permaculture we can contribute to an environmentally, socially and economically just world.
Our purpose is to be an inspirational working model of a community-based urban permaculture farm, which promotes and educates for an ecologically and socially sustainable society.
We acknowledge the Traditional Custodians of the Country on which Northey Street City Farm is located: the Jagera and Turrbul peoples. We respect the continuing connection to land, waters, cultures and families that Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples uphold. We pay respect to Elders past, present, and future.
