Located in beautiful Biggera Waters, Pure Artisan Cheese has enjoyed a whirlwind beginning having cheese ordered around the country, even while beginning the sometimes lengthy cheese-making process.

Their cheese is made by using as many traditional methods as possible. They use pure milk sourced locally which is pasteurised in their 3000L/hr continuous flow pasteurising machines.

They not only make beautiful cheese themselves but also enjoy passing on their wealth of knowledge by educating any who share a passion for fine cheese.
