The Towri property consists of 300 acres of scenic rural land, a purpose-built dairy with specialist milking equipment and the Towri homestead and gardens. With the peaceful country lifestyle that we have here, life at Towri is close to perfect – especially if you’re one of their 350 sheep.

Their herd of sheep are specifically bred for the milking industry and although this is a relatively new industry to Australia, sheep milk is prized worldwide for it’s clean taste and health. Their flock of 350 sheep includes the Awassi (a Middle Eastern fat tail sheep), the East Friesian and the Assaf (an East Friesian / Awassi Cross) milking breeds, and the Dorset and Dorper for fat lamb production.
